About the Role

We’re seeking a qualified Sales Account Executive to deliver qualified leads to our technical consultants to drive business growth. As the first line of communication with prospects, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at lead generation, start new relationships, and manage existing accounts. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and generate new business for a fast-growing young startup. This person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek, identify, and research new business opportunities in the market
  • Generate leads, build relationships by nurturing prospects, and drive new sales
  • Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
  • Develop proposals and presentations for new business and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Work alongside the marketing team in the coordination and implementation of marketing and lead generation strategies that achieve strategic goals
  • Provide company leadership with insight as you monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer business needs and drivers
  • Manage the proposal process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
  • Generate new leads, identify decision-makers, select strategic business opportunities, and facilitate sales pitch
  • Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategy
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Make and deliver presentations to prospective clients
  • Represent our company brand and identify how our solutions provide direct value to prospective customers

Candidate Requirements

  • 5 – 7+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management or relevant experience
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working experience with sales techniques, strategies, and lead generation
  • Proficiency with data analysis and forecasting
  • Superior presentation skills at the executive level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer excellence

Location & Commitments

This role is 100% fully remote, has flexible hours (negotiable), and is a customer-facing role. The candidate needs to be willing to travel should it be necessary.

Compensation Guidelines

Hourly ranges from $50 / hr. plus commission (pending experience).
