When completing a contact form and in order to be able to submit your inquiry you will be asked to check a mandatory box that confirms your agreement to a privacy declaration. It reads as follows:

 

“By submitting this form, you hereby agree to have read and that you accept our Privacy Policy. Your IP address [our IP will be listed] will be stored in our database.”

 

When you contact us via the Contact form upon submission you will receive an auto-generated email that captures the details of your inquiry as entered by you into our messaging system.
